  2. Training of all new employees that will be involved with lock-outs or tag outs.
  3. Retraining of all energy control personnel if it is found that the understanding level of the energy control procedures is in adequate.
  4. Training or retraining all supervisors and Health and Safety Committee members on all energy control policies and procedures.

Retraining must also be conducted when:

  1. There is a change in your job function.
  2. There is a change in company policies or procedures.
  3. New machinery is installed.
  4. There is a change in the process, or when new hazards are introduced.
  5. There are changes to Federal, Provincial, State, or Municipal Regulations.
